Pauleen Luna








Pauleen Luna (born November 10, 1988 in Manila, Philippines) is a Filipina actress and television personality, who is one of the hosts in the Philippine television program Eat Bulaga! and is well known as Baby Poleng. She appears in several GMA Network programs.

Luna started her showbiz career when she joined in the Little Miss Philippines contest of Eat Bulaga! in 1995. She then started acting at the age of 13 and becoming a member of ABS CBN's Star Circle Batch 11 before transferring to GMA Network. Her biggest break came when she got the role of Odessa in the second of Encantadia trilogy called Etheria. In 2006, she ranked #9 in the FHM-Philippines list of the sexiest women and was featured in the cover of the December 2006 issue of UNO Magazine. She is set to play an important role on the second Koreanovela adaptation in the Philippines, Ako si Kim Samsoon.She recently included in Luna Mystika opposite Heart Evangelista.

At her young age when she joined 1995 Little Miss Philippines of Eat Bulaga, she had her lost front teeth. Despite her teeth loss, she was able to join in showbiz until she had her teeth fully grown.

Luna's grandmother, Mercedita Jimenez, "Ka Baby," of Sta. Cruz, Manila, was shot dead by armed men in Manila, on November 5, 2008.

Carla Abellana
















Carla Abellana is a Filipina actress and model who will be playing the lead role in the Filipino adaptation of the Mexican telenovela Rosalinda.

She is the daughter of Rey "PJ" Abellana, a former Filipino actor of the 1980s. She was a student of O.B. Montessori Center in Greenhills from pre-school to high school, and a psychology major at De La Salle University in Manila, graduating with honor.

Abellana earlier worked as a model.

Donita Rose








Donita Rose Villarama, (nee Donita Rose Ramos Cavett), also known as Donita Rose, Donita, is a Filipina actress, TV Host and former MTV Asia VJ.

She was born in Utah, U.S. on December 5, 1974 and moved to the Philippines when she was five years old. She is the eldest daughter of an American father and a Filipina mother from Pangasinan but migrated to Angeles City in Pampanga. Donita has three siblings.

Donita Rose was FHM's 2001 Sexiest of the Philippines. Donita married Eric Villarama in June 2003, the couple having lived in Singapore since 2002. The couple's son, Joshua Paul Villarama, born in 2003, is named after her two younger brothers. Donita and Eric are born-again Christians, being members of a local fellowship. In the summer of 2007, they moved to Manila.
Eric is a public speaker, host, MindMap trainer, and Guerrilla Marketing master trainer. He is also a member of Chi Rho Omicron Filipino Fraternity Inc. 11th Brother/Charter Class for California State University - Fresno.

Donita is currently a host for ABS-CBN's morning news and entertainment show, Umagang Kay Ganda.

Charlene Gonzales










Charlene Mae Bonnin Gonzales Muhlach is a television and film personality and former beauty queen from the Philippines. Born to actor Bernard Bonnin and model/beauty queen Elvira Gonzales, has two brothers, Juan Carlos(J.C.) and Richard Bonnin, Charlene is also on the Philippine showbiz bandwagon.

Gonzalez won the Binibining Pilipinas-Universe 1994 title and represented her country at the Miss Universe 1994 pageant held in Manila, where she won the Best National Costume award and was one of the top 6 finalists. She produced one of the most famous answers in an international beauty competition.

She is presently married to Filipino actor Aga Muhlach and has twin children named Andres and Atasha. She is also a talk show host and a commercial model. Both of them met at the set of their very famous sitcom before entitled OKIDOKIDOK. Charlene played as the sister of Aga's love interest, Agot Isidro, in that sitcom.

Lara Quigaman





























Precious Lara San Agustin (January 3, 1983, Taguig, Philippines) is a model, host, freelance web page writer, and former beauty queen who won the 2005 Miss International beauty pageant held in Tokyo, Japan. She is the fourth Filipina to have won the crown, after Gemma Cruz in 1964, Aurora Pijuan in 1970, and Melanie Marquez in 1979. She was also the Binibining Pilipinas International title holder for 2005.

Based in Bristol, United Kingdom, Quigaman is the eldest of four children of the late Nelson Quigaman of Ligao City in the province of Albay and Princesita San Agustin, a registered nurse. She grew up in Biñan, Laguna, and eventually Bahrain, where her father worked. After five years, she returned to Biñan and finished high school at La Consolacion College. Before moving to Bahrain she studied for two years at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. In England, she attended Filton College, where she studied Media Production and Communication. She also pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Childhood and Youth Studies at Bristol University.

In 2008, Quigaman became Nestle Philippines' Laki sa Gatas advocate for Bear Brand Milk. She joined the product's other endorsers, Batangas Governor and actress Vilma Santos, Manila Vice Mayor Isko Moreno, University of the Philippines Professor Jose Wendell Capili and actress Eugene Domingo.

Lara Quigaman and her two beauty queen friends; Karen Loren Agustin ( Bb. Pilipinas Universe 2002) and Denille Lou Valena Valmonte ( Bb. Pilipinas 2006) organized a new national beauty pageant called the Turismo Pilipina, this pageant aims to promote the tourism industry of the Philippines. The finals of the first ever Turismo Pilipina 2008 was held on November 14 at AFP Theater.

Carlene Aguilar






















Carlene Ang Aguilar is a Filipina beauty queen. Aguilar is a former Miss Philippines Earth and a former Bb. Pilipinas World.

Carlene was born on February 8, 1982, to her parents Raul Aguilar and Catharin Ang. She has 2 brothers and a sister, all raised in the heart of Quezon City, Philippines. Carlene studied at the Immaculate Conception Academy-Greenhills for her elementary and high school education. She is currently (2005) taking up her Bachelor of Arts course in the University of the Philippines.

She gave birth to a healthy baby boy on 22 September 2007 and is named Calix Andreas. The father of her son is actor Dennis Trillo.Dennis stated that he felt relieved after making the admission: “Pakiramdam ko mas magkakaroon ako ng peace of mind dahil …kasi hindi ko naman matatago yun habambuhay dahil talagang dumarating sa parte ng isang tao ‘yung ganun nagkakaroon ng anak , parte ng buhay yun e, so yun yung inevitable sa isang buhay.Calix celebrated his 1st birthday on September 17, 2008.

Carlene won the title of Miss Philippines Earth and became the country's first representative to the 2001 Miss Earth pageant. In 2004, she became Miss Chinatown Manila and Miss Chinese International 2nd Runner-up. In 2005, at the Binibining Pilipinas pageant she was crowned as Binibining Pilipinas World. She was also named as Miss Philippine Airlines and Miss Avon. She was a semi-finalist and a favorite by the bookmakers and pageant sites at the 2005 Miss World pageant in Sanya, China.

Recently, she was proclaimed as Miss Internet WWW Queen 2006.

Carlene went into acting, and had a previous performance contract with Hong Kong's TVB Network where she stayed for a few months. She has also done fashion and commercial modelling.

Carlene can be most recently seen on Filipino television as a dancing contestant on the ABS-CBN show U Can Dance. Billed as a 'beauty titlist' in the Filipino version of Dancing With The Stars, her partner is professional dancer Dindo Divinagracia.

She became a contestant in second Philippine edition of Celebrity Duets but she got eliminated before the finals on October 25, 2008.

Recently, she is included in a 34th Metro Manila Film Festival movie entry, Iskul Bukol: 20 Years After opposite Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon. She joins the casts of Carlo J. Caparas' remake Ang Babaeng Hinugot Sa Aking Tadyang which stars Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes.

Aguilar has posed as a covergirl for January 2009 edition of FHM Philippines Magazine.

Cassandra Ponti
















Cassandra Ponti (born Lejanie Palma Anigan on March 1, 1982 in Davao City) achieved Third Big Placer. After spending 112 days inside the house, Cass garnered 214,188 votes, 18.9% of total votes, to place third in the Big Night finale.

Cass was an FHM model with the screen name Honey V. She's well known for her passion in cooking, Visayan accent, and her caring for others especially inside the Pinoy Big Brother house. She is as well popularly known for mispronouncing her ex-boyfriend's name Jonathan as "Junathan".

Maxene Magalona







Maxene Sofia Maria Arroyo Magalona (born 23 November 1986 in Manila, Philippines) is a Filipina actress born to a prominent showbiz family. This is the first child of Francis Magalona.
Her father is the late Filipino rapper Francis Magalona and her grandparents are the late actors Pancho Magalona and Tita Duran. Pia Arroyo-Magalona is her mother and her sister is Saab who also joined showbiz in 2007. She is currently taking up Social Science in Ateneo de Manila University.

Maxene's first show as a child was a kiddie show 5 & Up. Then in 2001, she made her appearance in Daddy Di Do Du in which she worked with Vic Sotto. In 2004, the role of Alwina in Mulawin was originally given to her, but she had to turn down the offer in order for her to focus more on her studies at that time. It was later given to Angel Locsin.To date, her biggest break on television is when she was chosen to be one of Richard Gutierrez's leading ladies in Kamandag.After Kamandag, Maxene played Jessa, originally played by Sharon Cuneta, in Sine Novela: Una Kang Naging Akin opposite Wendell Ramos and Angelika dela Cruz.

In 2009, aside from her father's death, Maxene may able to join the casts of SRO Cinema Serye, entitled Ganti, opposite Marvin Agustin and Geoff Eigenmann.

Say Alonzo











Say Alonzo (born Sherylle Ann Alonzo Yutadco on August 6, 1983 in San Juan, Metro Manila) was the last evicted housemate of the the 1st season of Pinoy Big Brother. She is well known for the song "Magmahal Muli" that she did with fellow housemate Sam Milby. She was the kikay/sosy housemate in Pinoy Big Brother Season 1. She is of Chinese and Mestiza descent.
Say finished elementary school in SHS Sacred Heart School Paranaque, then went to the United States to continue her studies and stayed with her grandmother. She went back to the Philippines to study college. A former cheerleader, she graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science Major in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in Manila. After she graduated she was one of ABS-CBN's student courtside reporters for NCAA in which De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde is part of. She formerly worked in a call center and briefly hosted Stoplight, Studio 23's auto show.

In early 2008 she did not renew her contract with Star Magic. She decided to transfer onto ABS-CBN's rival network GMA Network where she actually started before she became one of the contestant on Pinoy Big Brother season one that aired on ABS-CBN Network.

She is now a GMA Network contract artist. She was recently seen on La Lola with JC de Vera and Rhian Ramos.

In 2009 Say got a new project on GMA Network. She is part of the newest Sine Novela's installment Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin? as one of the antagonist co-star Kris Bernal,Aljur Abrenica and Ms. Ara Mina.

Jolina Magdangal




Maria Jolina Perez Magdangal, or more commonly known simply as Jolina Magdangal or Jolens (born November 6, 1978 in Quezon City, Philippines), is an award winning popular singer, actress and television host from the Philippines. She was a former ABS-CBN contract star, but later moved to GMA Network. Early this year in 2008, she also started writing a column for the tabloid Bandera entitled "Fashionista" and also in the Philippine Entertainment Portal website entitled "Chuva Chika ni Jolina".

Jolina has endorsed various consumer products and services, she's been tagged as commercial queen, for having like 40 commercials and endoresemts among which includes Jollibee, Goldilocks, AMA Computer College, Ligo sardines, sunsilk, tamagochi, Avon, Zesto fruit drinks, Globe Telecoms, Landbank, and the PCSO.
