Mariel Rodriguez (born Maria Erlinda Termulo on August 10, 1984) is a Filipina young actress, commercial model and endorser, and TV host. She started as a model for Clean and Clear facial cleanser. The GMA Network later discovered her and she was made host of Extra Challenge, Rodriguez later transferred to the ABS-CBN Network, and was made one of the hosts of Pinoy Big Brother.
Mariel Rodriguez is also currently one of the hosts of Wowowee with Valerie Concepcion and Pokwang. Rodriguez is also set to play a superheroine in the upcoming series Varga.
