Rufa Mae Quinto (born May 28, 1978) is a Filipina actress and comedienne. She is widely known in playing the character "Booba" and "Boobita Rose" in both of her movies with the same title. She is one of the most bankable stars in the industry with top grosser films like Apat, Dapat- Dapat, Apat, Pasukob, Desperadas, Manay Po 2, I.T.A.L.Y. & Desperadas 2.

She is the second-degree cousin of Jean Garcia, who also came from That's Entertainment, and of course, the second-degree aunt of Jennica Garcia.

Rufa used to be the girlfriend of singer Erik Santos. Rufa Mae-Dingdong-Jessa triangle finds closure after seven year US immigrants Dingdong Avanzado and Jessa Zaragoza arrived in the Philippines with their daughter Jayda, while before doing a series of concerts in Australia. Rufa Mae was Dingdong's exclusive date and she was a close friend of Jessa. Things got sour as the two friends fought over Dingdong. Dingdong and Jessa faced Rufa Mae as Showbiz Central's Juror on July 15, 2007 in a no-holds barred interview.On May 4, 2008, Rufa formally presented, at Showbiz Central, GMA Broadway Studios, her Hong Kong-based American boyfriend Bobby Lopez.

On August 30, 2007,burglars broke into Quinto's house in an exclusive subdivision in Quezon City as she lost valuable property worth P2 million (watch worth P1.2 million, a laptop, and valuables found inside her bag).
