Bianca Manalo (born Pamela Bianca Ramos Manalo on September 6, 1987) is a Filipina actress and the 2009 Binibining Pilipinas 2009 – Universe winner.
Pamela Bianca is the sister of Katherine Anne Manalo, Miss World 2002 Top 10 finalist and the niece of Nini Ramos, Miss International 1968 Top 15 semi-finalist.
