Ehra is a talent of Annabelle Rama and is a contract artist of GMA Network. A high school graduate of St. Mary's College, Quezon City, she is the eldest sister of fellow actress Michelle Madrigal, who is also a celebrity in the Philippines and a product of the talent show Star Circle Quest. She is the daughter of former actress Karla Kalua, whose real name is Katherine Ann Madrigal. She, her younger sister Michelle, and her mother are distant relatives of affluent Spanish-Visayan family, the Madrigal Family. Before being a mainstay talent of GMA, Ehra have made several appearances in some ABS-CBN shows such as ASAP and talkshows like Home Boy. After her teenybooper days, she got into a "leading lady" status in GMA Primetime shows like Lupin, Kamandag and among others.
She becomes a Tanduay calendar girl and model for the year 2008 after Katrina Halili. Ehra became 2-time FHM Philippines covergirl for September 2006 and June 2008 while her sister Michelle became 1-time FHM covergirl for the same month as Ehra's but in 2007 issue. Ehra also landed twice at the top ten spot in FHM's 100 sexiest. Aside from being a talent of GMA Network, she has also appeared in the movie My Bestfriend's Girlfriend with Richard Gutierrez and Marian Rivera. She appeared as one of the characters of Codename: Asero. Currently she is appearing as one of the characters in the drama series "Totoy Bato" where she worked with Robin Padilla. In an interview with the Philippine Star Supreme, Ehra reveals she loves cooking, saying:
"Specialty ni Michelle beef caldereta. Ako, gusto kong niluluto yung mga sinigang o nilaga. O kaya salmon, bini-bake ko siya at nilalagyan ko ng olive oil na may basil. Mga healthy-healthy food." ("Michelle's specialty is beef caldereta. I like cooking sinigang or nilaga. Or salmon, which i bake with olive oil and basil. Healthy food.")After Totoy Bato, Ehra is playing her first main antagonist role in television, Babaeng Lawin, one of the main villains, in Darna, which stars Marian Rivera. Then she plays as Victoria Manalo in her first Sine Novela, Kaya Kong Abutin Ang Langit after her character was killed-off in Darna.

Iza Calzado - Born Maria Izadora Ussher Calzado, she was named after the dancer, Isadora Duncan. Her father is choreographer and TV director Lito Calzado and her mother was Irish-Spanish-Filipina, Mary Ann Ussher. Calzado 's brother, Dash Calzado, is a member of Legit Misfitz, a Pinoy rap group.
Princess Lieza Manzano (born on Janaury 15,1987) now 22 years old, she is a receptionist and a language instructor from Fukuoka, Japan. Princess left in philippines when she was in high school to live with her Mom in japan. She was the only female living in House A and automatically nominated for eviction on Day 22 for discussing her votes in the first nomination night, but she decided on vomuntary exit. She was recommissioned as part of the Resbak Attack team on Day 105 and assigned as one of Kuya's Darlings on Day 112. She finally left the house on Day 119. 
Samuelle “Sam” Lynne Acosta Pinto is a 19 year old PBB housemate. She is currently studying in Saint Benilde as a fashion designer and has done quite a few interesting tv commercials herself. If you remember, Sam also appeared in Voice combo sandwich commercial which you can find below.
